Andrey OrlovGraduated at the top of his class from Udmurt State University of Arts, Russia. Has worked as a ballet master and choreographer at several theaters including the Russian State Udmurt Opera Ballet Theatre named after Tchaikovsky.
In 2012 moved to Japan and joined the Momoko Tani Ballet Company.
In 2018 established the Japan Vaganova Ballet Association, the official partner of the Russian State Vaganova Ballet Academy in Japan.
In 2019 established IMPRESSARIO group company.
PhD student of the Vaganova Ballet Academy. -
Tomoyo WatanabeGraduated from the Japanese School at the Perm State Choreographic College (Russia), specializing in the Vaganova teaching method.
Studied at the 8th grade of the Russian State Ballet School.
Worked as a dancer in the Russian State Opera Ballet Company of Udmurt (2007-2010).
After returning to Japan, became a trainer and lecturer at Tokyo Ballet High School and Tokyo Ballet Institute and other ballet projects.
From 2018 - Director of Japan Vaganova Ballet Association.
From 2019 - Director of IMPRESSARIO group company.

We are always looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team.
- Ariha SatoTeam workShe has studied classical ballet since childhood and discovered contemporary dance during her university years.
After graduating, she became interested in the connection between human consciousness and the body, and began studying the Feldenkrais Method at the MBS Academy in Germany. - Sachiko HondaInterpreterSachiko began studying ballet at a local studio at the age of six.
After training at the Tokyo Ballet School and the Vaganova Ballet Academy, joined Minato City Ballet in 2019. - Kanon KaritaInterpretorKanon graduated from the Vaganova Academy and later danced in a professional Russian theater. She is always positive and responsive to the participants’ requests. In her free time, she enjoys vlogging.
- Eriko SaginumaTeam workEriko is a teacher of English and Russian. During the program, she always helps all students with their schedules and any questions that arise. She is kind yet strict, like a mom.
- Yulia TakedaTeam workYulia graduated from a Japanese school and now studying professionally in a university. She is very active and energetic. Not a single student escapes her attention.
